Zac Callahan

Zac Callahan

Zac Callahan is an aspiring Classical Trumpet player who lives in Melbourne. Zac Studied with the Renown Melbourne Jazz musician Gianni Marrinucci throughout 2009-2011. In 2011 he began lessons under the Melbourne Trumpet player Liam Mcgorry who is known for his works with ‘Eagle and the Worm’ and ‘Saskwatch’.

He attended Loyola College in Watsonia where he begun to learn the play the Trumpet in 2008. Zac played in many of the bands at his school through until 2013 when he completed his VCE studies. In 2014, Zac joined the Melbourne Youth Wind Symphony until 2015 where he begun to further his study at Melbourne Polytechnic, Fairfield where he is currently studying an Advanced Diploma of Music. Midway through 2015, Zac Joined the Robertson Youth Orchestra. In 2016 he hopes to further his study at Melbourne University in a Bachelor of Music.
